The Musical Journey
I have been playing records on the London music scene since the mid 80’s, where I gained a reputation for playing a diverse selection of music. I was a member of the soul collective Confunktion playing in many large underground, sell-out parties. In more recent times, I have worked alongside The Handson Family , Wah Wah 45's, Mucho Soul, Slave2theVibe, Mi Casa es Su Casa and many more. I am a regular guest Dj at Brixton Village Lates and The BBE record Store. I have played on the widely acclaimed sound system at Spiritland in Kings Cross and am often asked to Dj at events in UK and abroad. I present 2 radio shows at Global Soul Radio (https://globalsoulradio.com/) and RealHouse Radio (https://www.facebook.com/realhouseradio). In 2018 I won the Mixcloud Online Radio listeners choice award for the best Soul/Funk show which listeners vote for.
I have played at various music festivals both at home and abroad including Soul in the Algarve (Portugal), Sarau (Portugal) Vocal Booth (Spain) the Cork Jazz Festival (Ireland) and Suncebeat in (Croatia).

I love to play a broad spectrum of music, rooted in soul, but progressing right through to today's future broken beat, electronica and house music.
The 'Too Funky' Radio Show

FOUR DIRECTIONS is a collaboration of veteran and musically likeminded DJ’s — a powerfully collective force in todays clubland landscape — whose intention is to organise a variance of propositions: dance clubs, beach parties, lounge clubs, intimate gatherings and boutique holidays to gatherings of stylish dance lovers and musical connoisseurs from ‘FOUR DIRECTIONS’.
My next gig is Soul on the Southside on Friday 28th April 2023 at Ton of Brix 414 Coldharbour Lane, Brixton.
